From Sept. 4 through Dec. 31, 2007, the airline is offering passengers who register in advance the unparalleled guarantee that if they don't exceed customer's business class expectations on a British Airways flight to London in Club World, they will receive a free one way upgrade to First class (where available) on a future flight to London the next time they fly in business class from the U.S. or Canada or 25,000 miles awarded to their Executive Club account.
To qualify for this offer, registered passengers must travel from the U.S. or Canada in Club World anytime between Sept. 6, and Dec. 31, 2007, and if dissatisfied, submit a designated online form detailing why they felt British Airways did not exceed their expectations in Club World business class.

In November 2006, British Airways unveiled its new Club World. The bed is 25 percent wider and positions to a 'z' bed that extends to six foot six inches. Enhanced in-flight on-demand entertainment with up to 100 films and TV programs and a new privacy screen create an atmosphere reminiscent of an exclusive London club, except passengers make their own rules. The new Club World cabin is being rolled-out across the British Airways longhaul fleet and is expected to be completed by year end 2008.
Participation in the Exceed Your Business Class Expectations Guarantee is open to North American members of the British Airways Executive Club who reside in the U.S. or Canada. Executive Club membership is free and travelers may submit forms online at ba.com/guarantee.
