Ezell to the Red Reef advisory board. Both gentlemen reside in Louisiana, where Red Reef has plans to develop several business initiatives; a 300,000 sq. ft. Medical Research Center, an ecological testing facility and a Mobile Catastrophe Remediation Service company.
Mr. Marchand, founder and owner of The M&A Group, Inc., has served as ascension Parish President, Civil Court Judge and Program Director with the Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office. In the private sector, Mr. Marchand provides clients with sales and business analysis, strategic planning and government relations.
As a senior level executive with successful marketing, sales and operations leadership, Mr. Ezell has solid qualifications in P&L management, team building, budgeting, interpersonal communications, forecasting, resource allocation, project management, financial controls and market research. He enjoys a reputation as a big picture, "outside the box" thinker and decision maker with the ability to establish priorities and initiate viable courses of action to achieve optimal results.
