COSTA MESA, CA--(Marketwire - October 3, 2007) - Stablcor Incorporated, a leading provider of
technologically advanced carbon composite laminates, today announced that
it has entered into a licensing agreement with TTM Technologies, Inc.
(NASDAQ : TTMI ). Under the terms of the agreement Stablcor has licensed the
use of its STABLCOR® technology to Santa Ana, CA-based TTM. STABLCOR
provides printed circuit board (PCB) fabricators with an excellent solution
for advanced thermal management, thermal expansion and board rigidity.
TTM's interconnect solutions support a wide range of high-performance
applications. From the manufacturers of a navigation system in commercial
aircraft, to a high-speed network router, or an advanced diagnostic imaging
system, industry leaders rely on TTM's combination of speed, experience,
and technology to support their most demanding applications.
"We are very excited to enter into a license agreement with Stablcor Inc.
This new material will allow us to offer solutions to our customers faced
with the growing problem of CTE and thermal challenges," noted John Vesce,
TTM Vice President of Product Development and Engineering Services.
"The addition of Stablcor further strengthens our industry leadership
position for specialty product offerings," added Vesce.
"TTM Technologies is the one of largest PCB manufacturers in the world and
the largest manufacturer in the United States," remarked Stablcor President
Douglas Tullio. "TTM's decision to license our STABLCOR technology for
incorporation into their interconnect industry solution is a major
milestone for a small, fast-growing company. This agreement represents a
worldwide affirmation of our ability to provide a superior solution for
thermal conductivity, thermal expansion and increased rigidity without
additional weight penalties."
Tullio continued, "We believe the licensing agreement with TTM is a key
component in our strategy to establish the STABLCOR technology as a
standard product providing significant benefits within the worldwide PCB
marketplace."
"We are pleased with the signing of a licensing agreement with TTM, which
is a culmination of two years of working side-by-side with their technical
staff and numerous end-users," commented Stablcor CTO Kris Vasoya. "TTM is
one of the leading PCB manufacturers in the world. With their considerable
industry expertise, we expect them to rapidly embrace our technology and
begin incorporating STABLCOR into their product line without delay."
PCBs manufactured using STABLCOR, as one or multiple cores, will act as a
heat spreader, which substantially increases thermal conductivity, provides
improved rigidity without increasing the weight of the board and decreases
temperatures in lead-free assemblies. In addition to the improved CTE and
thermal management, PCBs manufactured with Stablcor's licensed technology
exhibit the following characteristics: less than 50 percent Z-axis
expansion when compared to boards that were using Thermount materials, and
exhibit no moisture absorption issues.
About TTM Technologies
TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading supplier of time-critical,
technologically advanced printed circuit boards to original equipment

for "time-to-market," representing how the company's time-critical,
one-stop manufacturing services enable customers to shorten the time
required to develop new products and bring them to market.
About Stablcor Incorporated
Stablcor is the only provider of a thermally and electrically conductive
carbon composite material which, when incorporated in printed circuit
boards and substrates, controls heat, thermal expansion and increases the
rigidity and strength of circuit boards without increasing the weight. The
patented laminate and the processes to incorporate STABLCOR® into circuit
boards and substrates provide the electronics industry a cost efficient
technology to produce smaller electronic products, while eliminating the
thermal, mechanical and reliability concerns that currently challenge the
semiconductor industry. For more information about STABLCOR, visit
