SWECO acquires Probeko in Gothenburg

SWECO Theorells has acquired the electronic engineering consultancy Probeko in
Göteborg, with eight employees. The acquisition will give SWECO Theorells
greater breadth and strength in the power systems area.

“We will gain a valuable resource and reinforcement of our electrical expertise.
Probeko has a prominent position in the health care sector and will be an
excellent complement to our consultants who are also very strong that sector,”

Probeko was established 20 years ago and provides services across the entire
spectrum of electrical engineering needs. The company has clients in both the
private and public sectors.
