Unique Pizza and Subs is still receiving installment payments for an agreement signed on October 5, 2007 for 115 franchises in the state of Texas. This deal with Unique Franchise Operations, Inc will be carried out over a period of two years in which UFO will make weekly installment payments until the entire amount of $2,012,500 is paid to Unique Pizza and Subs. Unique Pizza and Subs will continue to work closely with Unique Franchise Operations to assist UFO when they are ready to begin finding locations, negotiating leases, and starting the build out process on these stores.
