Artificial Life, Inc. Announces Expansion Plans Into Korea and 4G Technology

HONG KONG, Nov. 7, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Hong Kong-based Artificial Life, Inc. (OTCBB:ALIF), a leading full service provider of award-winning broadband mobile technology and applications, announced today their concrete plans to enter the Korean mobile market in concert with its core technology adaptation and expansion into 4G technology.

The Company announced that it is actively evaluating potential acquisition targets in Korea. The Company also announced that it will enhance its current SEMP middleware platform, which already fully supports 3G and 3.5G (HSDPA) networks and devices, to now also support 4G networks, applications and devices. The current SEMP will be enhanced with new 4G features and modules that will allow easier and better implementations of real-time video streaming, massive and real-time multi-user games and massive social networking mobile applications.

"We have recently announced our expansion into new mobile business areas. Now we are taking the next step to also leap forward on the technology front. Korea is the world's second largest 3G and 3.5G market and therefore a key target market for us and our products. In addition, Korea is a world leader and very active in preparing and launching 4G networks and devices, which is another quantum leap forward for mobile technology. 4G networks and devices will allow so far unforeseen multi-user and social networking applications. Our proprietary SEMP technology will, in the coming months, be adapted to support the full range of possible 4G applications. We therefore think it is an appropriate time for us to enter this fascinating mobile market," said Eberhard Schoneburg, CEO of Artificial Life, Inc.
