Dr. Kuznetsov, who is currently Chairman at Bank Tavrichesky in Russia, was also appointed Project Leader for the Mobile Payments Project (NFC and M-payments) at the GSM Association meeting in London on November 23, 2007, where he also made a PayCash Mobile(tm) presentation.

The GSM Association (GSMA) is the global trade association for mobile operators, representing 700 GSM mobile phone operators across 215 countries of the world.
