Jani Puroranta, M.Sc. (Econ.), MBA, has been appointed Beltton-Group's Chief
Business Development Officer and a member of the Group Management as of January
2, 2008. Together with the Group's top management, Puroranta will be responsible
for strategy development and acquisitions.
"The position of Chief Business Development Officer is new in our Group. We want
to strongly enhance our investments in growth, profitability, and
internationalization. In addition to developing our strategy, I believe that
having Puroranta in the company will accelerate the integration of our
acquisitions, among other things", says Heikki Vienola, CEO of Beltton-Group
Plc.

believe that my international experience in management and expert positions will

Chief Business Development Officer in January.
Born in 1974, Jani Puroranta transfers to Beltton-Group from McKinsey & Company,
an international management consulting firm. From 2002 to 2004 Puroranta worked
at OMX Exchanges as Senior Vice President, Business Development & Support and as
a member of OMX Exchanges management team, among other things. In addition,
Puroranta has earlier worked as Partner at Privanet Capital and in various
management positions at Helsinki Exchanges.
