Peab Industri increases its capacity within industrial construction Peab Industri has decided to invest SEK 85 million in the expansion of its building frames production facilities at Katrineholm. The investment is expected to be finalized during the fourth quarter of 2008. The investment will create increased capacity for the production of shell walls and lattice girder floors while also expanding the prefabrication system through the start of solid wall manufacture. ”Demand is so strong that from the beginning of this year we have introduced around-the-clock shifts at the facilities in Katrineholm. With this investment we are taking a further step in the development of our system for industrial construction, and this will create the conditions for us to continue profitable growth while strengthening our position in the important Stockholm and Mälardalen markets”, says Mats O Paulsson, CEO of Peab Industri.
