Auto Club's AAA Travel Expo Offers Prizes, Discounts, Information for Vacation Planning

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - January 24, 2008) - San Diego radio personality Delana Bennett
will serve as master of ceremonies for the Automobile Club of Southern
California's travel expo featuring exclusive deals on U.S. and
international trips on Saturday, Feb. 2 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Four
Points by Sheraton San Diego, 8110 Aero Drive. Admission and parking are
free and the show is open to both Auto Club members and non-members.
The AAA Travel Show will feature nearly two dozen tour, cruise and other
travel providers, as well as experienced and knowledgeable AAA Travel
agents. Consumers who book their trips at the show will receive special
showtime offers providing discounts, upgrades or credits on their travel,
as well as a complimentary pair of SeaWorld San Diego tickets and a piece
of Samsonite luggage with a minimum purchase. Auto Club members qualify for
additional member benefits on select travel packages.
Travelers can prepare for their journeys by visiting the show to obtain
passport photos and applications, browse through the AAA BookStore's travel
publications, watch luggage packing demonstrations, and enjoy live
presentations from travel providers.
Longtime San Diego radio personality Bennett, who hosts a daily show on US
95.7 and also appears on the Jeff and Jer Showgram on Star 94.1, will share
her travel experiences with show attendees. World traveler and Westways
Magazine Travel Editor Elizabeth Harryman also will offer travel tips and
experiences with her husband and travel partner, Paul Lasley.
While attending the show, travelers can enter a drawing (no purchase
necessary) to win a six-day trip for two to Cabo San Lucas from Pleasant
Holidays, which includes round-trip airfare from San Diego and a hotel stay
at Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Grand Spa.
