Mr. Kusher possesses more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device fields, recently serving as Logimedix' Chief Executive Officer, and he is hoping to expand the Company's horizons as it establishes collaborative partnerships to deliver nutraceuticals, over-the-counter products and prescription drugs using HealthSport's patented thin film delivery technology.
Mr. Kusher's appointment is effective immediately, but he will not assume the full-time daily duties until March 1, 2008.
