Cecilia Edström leaves Scania

Cecilia Edström, Senior Vice President Corporate Relations leaves her current
position to take up a similar position outside the group. 

Cecilia Edström was recruited by Scania from SEB Enskilda in 1995 as head of
Investor Relations. In 1998 she was appointed head of Strategy, Business and
Brand Development and in 2004 she assumed her current position.

“Cecilia Edström has contributed to the positive development of Scania for many
years. Therefore, I can only regret that she has now decided to leave the
company. At the same time, I wish her all the best in her new position,” says
Leif Östling, President and CEO.
