Regarding the election of the Board of AB Hanner and the amendment of the Articles of Association

We inform, that on 08th February 2008 the sole shareholder of AB „Hanner“
decided: 
a) to reduce the number of the company's Board members from 5 to 3;
b) to amend Articles of Association of AB “Hanner”;
c) to elect Mr. Arvydas Avulis, Mr. Vladas Kojala, Mr. Robertas Kisielius as
the members of the Board of AB „Hanner“ for a period of four years.
