Peab Industri signs new agreement in Norway

Through its subsidiary S:t Eriks, Peab Industri has signed a three-year
agreement for the supply of paving products to Steinsenteret AS, Norway's
leading specialised retail chain for paving products with 23 stores.

“The agreement is a breakthrough for us in the Norwegian market,” says Jan
Claesson, CEO of S:t Eriks. “Together with the annual agreements we have signed
with the leading Swedish specialised retail chains we now have a good foundation
for starting off the 2008 season. 

In 2007, S:t Eriks had sales of almost SEK 400 million, of which about half went
to the specialised retail market. During 2008 the company will invest in a new
production line at its Uppsala facility in order to increase capacity and thus
meet the increasing levels of demand.
