CITY COURT JUDGEMENT APPEALED
By the Göteborg city court judgement dated 20 February 2008 Bilia´s subsidiary Säfveån (formerly AB Probo) won a long-standing dispute against the litigation company Pacta. Pacta´s claim for damages was totally dismissed and Säfveån was granted compensation for legal costs totalling SEK 14 million. Pacta has appealed the judgement to the Swedish court of appeal for western Sweden. Säfveån will oppose the appeal and in addition to above mentioned SEK 14 million also claim for compensation for costs in the Swedish court of appeal.
