In Q4 2007, revenue of € 378m (€ 307m) was realised. Of this, organic growth
amounted to 10% (18%). EBITA amounted to € 23m (€ 19m), corresponding to 6.1%
of revenue.
For the year 2007, the following financial highlights can be stated:
• Revenue increased by 27% to € 1,367m (€ 1,075m)
• Organic revenue growth amounted to 15% (17%)
• EBITA increased by 25% to € 77m (€ 62m)
• Earnings before tax increased by 5.8% to € 66m (€ 62m)
• Net profit for the year after tax increased by 8.4% to € 48m (€ 44m)
• Dividend is proposed at DKK 19.00 (DKK 17.00) per share, corresponding to an
increase of 12%
For 2008, Solar expects revenue of € 1,500m and earnings before tax of € 71m,
corresponding to EBITA of € 86m.
