Changed date for the Annual General Meeting in Boss Media

Due to the recent change in the ownership of the company, the Board of Directors
in Boss Media AB (publ) (”Boss Media”) has decided to hold the Annual General
Meeting 2008 at an earlier date. 

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 24th, 2008 at 4:00
p.m. at Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå KB, Hamngatan 2, in Stockholm.
