Option release: Correction: Anticipated adjustment of OMXH25 Index due to extraordinary dividend in TeliaSonera AB (27/08)

The board of TeliaSonera AB (TLS1V) has proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mars 31, 2008 approves an extra dividend of SEK 2.20. Provided that the AGM approves the proposal, TeliaSonera (SE0000667925) will be adjusted in OMXH25 index with the total of EUR 0.2341 per share. The adjustment will be effective from start of the Ex-day, by subtraction of EUR 0.2341 from the closing price on the bank day before the Ex-day. The adjustment is made according to rule 8.8 in the “Index description of OMXH25 Stock Index”.
