At Skanska AB’s (Skanska) Annual General Meeting the proposed extra dividend of SEK 3.00 was approved. The record date is April 8, 2008. OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and futures in Skanska and adjusted the OMXS30 Index.
