digiMedical Solutions, Inc.(TM) Signs Contract With Dr. Herman L. Spilker in Support of $10 Million 2008 Revenue Goal

COLLEYVILLE, TX--(Marketwire - April 10, 2008) - digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DGMS) announced today that the Company has signed a contract with Dr. Herman L. Spilker in Naples, Florida, to implement the digiRX system and digiReauth call center services, which will provide digital prescription handling for his office and will take over the prescription reauthorization processing and refill management services. Dr. Spilker is part of the Collier Heart Group, a high traffic three-physician practice located in Naples, Florida offering comprehensive cardiology care to nearly 100 patients a day. Dr. Spilker studied medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern followed by a three-year fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Emory University in Atlanta.

200% Prescription Reauthorization Call Volume Increase with Signing of Recent Contracts

This contract follows digiMedical's recent announcement of increasing the sales team in the Naples and Fort Myers, Florida markets to expand the Company's regional footprint. The Company has also announced other recent contracts with Dr. Santos-Ocampo and Dr. Axline, also of the Collier Heart Group, the Medical Director of Vanish Vein and Laser Center and Dr. Wey of the Neuroscience and Spine Associates in Naples, Florida.

digiMedical has seen an immediate increase in call volume for prescription reauthorizations since adding these recent contracts. Bill Whitmore Joins Board of Advisors

Earlier this week, digiMedical announced the appointment of Bill Whitmore to the Company's Board of Advisors. Mr. Whitmore has nearly 10 years of professional sales experience and is currently a Major Account Manager for Logix Communications Enterprises, Inc., a $105 million dollar, Houston-based telecommunications company. Mr. Whitmore will assist the Company in continuing to expand the sales team and sales strategies to support the Company's 2008 $10 million revenue goal.
