HiQ signs new framework agreement with ACE Interactive

Ace Interactive, which is a leading gaming technology company and a subsidiary
of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd, has signed a new framework agreement with HiQ. ACE
Interactive has been engaging HiQ for its technology development projects since
2004. Among other projects, HiQ has been working on the certification of ACE
Interactive's new gaming platform, which targets the American market.

between on-line gaming and the physical casino and lottery world. It is truly
challenging and fun to be able to contribute our cutting-edge expertise within

ACE Interactive develops server-based on-line gaming solutions for operators
with strict requirements in terms of monitoring, regulation and the gaming
experience. The company aims to be a long-term total supplier by offering
systems, games, terminals and services for casinos and lotteries worldwide. Its
clients include Casinos Slovakia and Norsk Tipping.
