SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - April 11, 2008) - At SIOP -- Kenexa (NASDAQ : KNXA ), a

announced that Jack W. Wiley, Ph.D., executive director of the Kenexa
Research Institute, has been elected as a Fellow, Sara Weiner Ph.D.,
program director and executive consultant will serve as the SIOP 2010
program chair and Kyle Lundby Ph.D., lead consultant, Asia Pacific has been
appointed to the editorial board of SIOP.

Dr. Wiley's practice and research, which span more than three decades, have

worldwide acclaim for its scientific rigor and managerial implications.
Wiley's findings have been shared with colleagues through a variety of
journal publications, chapters and SIOP presentations. In addition, Dr.
Wiley developed WorkTrends™, an employee opinion normative database that
is a leading and wealthy source of information, quoted both in scholarly
studies and by the press worldwide.
Dr. Weiner has applied her innovative employee research and intelligence to
inform business strategies that improve organizational performance. She has
authored many articles and book chapters and is a frequent speaker at
national conferences, discussing topics such as attraction and retention of
top talent, career opportunity, client satisfaction, downsizing, work/life
policies and programs, telework success factors and linkage of employee
engagement and business outcomes.
Dr. Lundby works with organizations on all phases of employee and customer
stakeholder measurement and consulting. He is a frequent presenter at
conferences and has published numerous journal articles and book chapters
on employee engagement, linkage research and methodologies to demonstrate
the return on investment of HR initiatives.
Both Dr. Weiner and Dr. Lundby were nominated for their respective
