Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On 11 April 2008, UBS AG Zürich, Switzerland, has informed us in accordance
with article 21, section 1 of the WpHG that, via shares, its voting rights
in Deutsche Postbank AG, Bonn, Germany, ISIN: DE0008001009, WKN: 800100,
had exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on 8 April 2008 and now
amount to 3.22% (this corresponds to 5287342 voting rights).
In accordance with article 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the WpHG,
0.95% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 1557810 voting rights) is
to be attributed to UBS AG.
