announced that the Company has been named one of the Top 200 Public
Companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex by the Dallas Business
Journal. Additionally, NewMarket China was featured as one of 11 newcomers
to the annual list, along with Comerica, Metro PCS and Cinemark Holdings.

Rapid Growth and 2008 Outlook
NewMarket China has experienced rapid growth over the past two years,
growing from $29.5 Million in revenue in 2006 to $40 million in revenue in
2007, with a net income increase of 83%. The Company has set its 2008
