Contract Follows Announcement to Implement Healthcare Technology Services in Partnership With NewMarket Technology

COLLEYVILLE, TX--(Marketwire - May 6, 2008) - digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : DGMS ) announced today that the Company has signed another contract to
implement the Company's Microsoft-based digital prescription handling
software, digiRX and digiReauth, and to supply call center services to
support the reauthorization of prescriptions. This new contract is with
Dr. Prathima Moorthy of Pain Management Center of Naples, Florida
(www.pmcnaples.com).
Each new doctor contract can add hundreds of patients to the digiRX
network, who in turn drive prescription sales into company owned pharmacies
and increase company revenue. digiMedical is actively expanding their
regional footprint in the Naples area in support of the 2008 revenue goal
of $10 million. This contract follows other recent contracts with Dr.
Albert A. Alessi of Alessi Family Care, Drs. Romero, Tineo and Seibert of
Oaktree Family Practice, Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Howard Kapp of Anchor
Health Centers, Drs. Santos-Ocampo, Axline and Spilker of the Collier Heart
Group, the Medical Director of Vanish Vein and Laser Center and Dr. Wey of
the Neuroscience and Spine Associates in Naples, Florida.
digiMedical Prescription Handling Software and Pharmacies
digiMedical Solutions, a Microsoft Partner, with operations in Texas and
Florida, has built its own suite of proprietary software to handle
prescriptions digitally from the physician's office to the pharmacy,
securely and in compliance with all DEA and HIPAA requirements. The suite
of software includes digiRX, digiRxStream, digiReauth, digiRxComp, and now
digiAccounting and the Company owns and operates five pharmacies throughout
Texas and Florida.
NewMarket Technology and digiMedical Combined Healthcare Technology Service
Offering
Last week, NewMarket Technology, Inc. and digiMedical announced a combined
Healthcare Technology service offering anticipated to achieve $20 million
from organic sales within the first year following the launch. The combined
service offering is intended to increase the revenue of both Companies.
NewMarket and digiMedical each provide Healthcare Technology solutions. The
respective solutions are complementary. The current customer lists of each
Company are separate. The combination of the respective solutions creates a
better overall Healthcare Technology solution. The separate customer lists
create an immediate cross-selling opportunity for both NewMarket and
digiMedical.
