The Directors of Metroelectric are pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Gleave to the board.
Adrian (aged 37 years) created Intent21 Ltd in 2000, which developed into a high speed wholesale IP services and computer consumables supplier to the SME market. It is also a distributor for Linux based server software in the Middle East. Adrian is currently selling Intent21 Ltd to a NASDAQ quoted company and has been invited onto the board. In addition Adrian manages a residential property portfolio.
The Board look forward to working with Adrian, including product development and maximising marketing opportunities for the Company.
Due to unforeseen health problems Tim Walker has had to resign as Chairman. The company wish to thank Tim for his assistance and wish him well in the future.
Greg Collier has agreed to act as Chairman.
