Snyder, former President/COO of ADT Security Services (North America) and CEO of Vonage Holdings, Inc., to assist the Company in executing its ongoing mergers and acquisitions strategy. Mr. Snyder has agreed to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
At ADT Security Services, Mr. Snyder was responsible for a 220-office, 25,000 employee operation, and during his tenure as President and Chief Operating Officer for North America he was responsible for profitable revenue growth from less than $1.0 billion in 1997 to nearly $4.0 billion in 2006 through a strategic mix of acquisitions, organic growth, and development of alternate distribution channels. He led efforts that were responsible for targeting, acquiring, and successfully integrating over 100 companies. He led the way in developing ADT's Branding, Product Development, High Volume, and Multi Channel Distribution strategies that were instrumental in growing the customer base from 1 million users in 1997 to 6.0 million users in 2006.
