AB Limarko laivininkystės kompanija ordinary shares prospectus was approved

On 22 May 2008 Lithuanian Securities Commission approved the Prospectus of AB
Limarko laivininkystės kompanija for the new issue of ordinary shares, to be
listed on the Baltic Secondary stock exchange list: 
 
• Number of ordinary shares of the new issue - 10 945 066 shares. 
• Nominal value of the issue - LTL 10 945 066, nominal value of 1 share - LTL 1.

The Prospectus is made available at company‘s website www.limarko.lt

Within five working days the company shall publish in the daily „Lietuvos
rytas“ the offer for the shareholders to purchase shares of the new issue under
the right of pre-emption and shall submit same to SE „Centre of Registers“.
