Zodiak to consolidate operations in Poland

Zodiak Television intends to acquire the outstanding 65% of the
shares in the Polish enterprise Mastiff Media Polska for 32 MSEK. The
total consideration will be paid in cash.

Mastiff Media Polska is a fast growing and profitable company with a
turnover of approximately 40 MSEK in 2007 and a projected turnover of
more than 100 MSEK in 2008. Currently, Zodiak owns 35 % of the
shares, but now intends to use its option to acquire the remaining 65
%.

With a strong management team in place, Mastiff Media Polska has
recently managed to secure several large productions with a majority
of Poland's biggest broadcasters. Examples of productions include So
You Think You Can Dance for TVN, Don't Forget The Lyrics for TVP and
5th Grader for TV Puls. Having shown a strong revenue growth and a
healthy profitability, Mastiff Media Polska makes for an attractive
investment for the Zodiak group.

in the region. The decision to buy the remaining shares was therefore
an easy one to make. With a 100 % ownership we will gain full control

The purchase price will be 32 MSEK upfront with a potential second
payment in 2009 conditioned by the development of the company. Zodiak
Television's intention is to pay the total consideration in cash and
the deal is subject to financing.
