OMX Nordic Exchange Iceland (OMX ICE) has scrutinised the prospectus of Marel
Food Systems hf., as endorsed on 4 June 2008, and hereby confirms that the
prospectus satisfies the requirements of the Act on Securities Transactions,
No. 108/2007.
OMX ICE draws attention to the fact that public offers of securities by the
issuer are directed exclusively to natural and/or legal persons with permanent
residence in those member states or third countries referred to in the
