BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - June 17, 2008) - Lisa Silva has joined Longfellow Benefits, Boston-based benefits consultants and brokers, as senior vice president, executive benefits.

She has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and was a practice leader of the private client group of a major employee benefits firm.

As head of Longfellow's executive benefits practice, Silva works closely with clients on individual and corporate insurance-planning needs. Her areas of expertise include key-person coverage, individual insurance plans and complex supplemental executive retirement plans (SERPs). Her expertise in designing insurance programs for senior executives and their employers lets them create the most comprehensive, tax-efficient insurance portfolio for their situation.
