NEW LOGISTIC DIRECTOR OF THE SECO TOOLS GROUP

Nils Edlund, 42 years old, has been appointed Senior Vice President Logistics of
the Seco Tools Group as from 1 October, 2008. He will also be a member of the
Group Executive Management.

Nils Edlund is currently Vice President Manufacturing at FLIR System´s
Thermography Division in Stockholm.
