Peab Industri acquires Lättklinkerbetong

Peab Industri has acquired Lättklinkerbetong AB, with its production unit in
Ucklum in the southwest of Sweden. The company was established in 1937.

The company produces foundations, system of joists, walls and façade walls. The
products are used for detached houses, industrial buildings, office buildings
and residential buildings. The products are sold in Sweden and Norway.

Lättklinkerbetong had a turnover 2007 of approximately SEK 90 million and has a
little more than 60 employees.

Part of the purchase price is paid in the form of 917,200 B-shares in Peab
Industri.

Lättklinkerbetong will be consolidated in Business Area Products as from the
third quarter 2008.

“The products of Lättklinkerbetong complement our existing system for industrial
construction, produced by Skandinaviska Byggelement. With the acquisition of
Lättklinkerbetong we add know-how, products, construction systems and new
