digiMedical Solutions, Inc. Signs Contract With Dr. Richard Wilson to Implement Digital Prescription Software and Reauthorization Call Center Services

COLLEYVILLE, TX--(Marketwire - July 24, 2008) - digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : DGMS ) announced today that the Company has signed a contract with Dr.
Richard Wilson of Naples, Florida to implement the Company's proprietary
.Net-based digital prescription handling software, digiRX and digiReauth,
and to supply call center services to support the reauthorization of
prescriptions.
Dr. Wilson received his license from Nova Southeastern University in Miami,
Florida and completed his residency at Maimonides Medical Center in
Brooklyn, New York. Today, Dr. Wilson runs a high-traffic family medicine
practice with more than 12,000 patients.
Dr. Wilson stated, "We are excited about incorporating digiMedical's
solutions into our practice. With digiMedical taking over prescription
refills for our patients, they will be able to speak with a live person and
receive prescriptions sooner than we can offer them. Additionally,
administrative expenses will be reduced because nurses and office personnel
will be able to spend more time interacting directly with patients in our
office instead of answering refill requests through phone calls and faxes."
Earlier this year, digiMedical announced efforts to expand the Company's
sales in Florida by signing contracts with doctors and clinics to implement
the Company's proprietary digital prescription software and reauthorization
call center services. Since launching those efforts, they have signed
contracts with multiple doctors in Florida to include: Drs. Angela
Marshall, Wendy Humphrey and Betsy Brothers also of Southwest Florida
Women's Group, P.A., Dr. Daniel Kaplan, Dr. Moorthy of Pain Management
Center of Naples, Dr. Shardul Nanavati, founder of Advanced
Gastroenterology, Drs. Romero, Tineo and Seibert of Oaktree Family
Practice, Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Howard Kapp of Anchor Health Centers, Drs.
Santos-Ocampo, Axline and Spilker of the Collier Heart Group, Dr. John
Landi, the Medical Director of Vanish Vein and Laser Center and Dr. Wey of
the Neuroscience and Spine Associates in Naples, Florida, among others.
