Oslo (2008-08-18): On Friday 15 August Terje Bakken, Head of Yara Industrial in Yara International ASA, purchased 2,000 Yara shares through his company Bacon AS at a price of NOK 309 per share. Following this purchase Mr. Bakken owns 13,655 Yara shares.
