In February 2008 Endomines launched a core underground drilling
program in Pampalo. The target of the program was to increase
indicated mineral resources further in Pampalo mine. Drilling was
planned to take place from the new decline and study the deeper parts
of Pampalo gold deposit
Core drilling is programmed to take place in two stages. The results
of the first stage were published in the press release "New Drilling
Results Confirm that the Pampalo Deposit Continues Downwards", dated
17 June 2008. The second stage, started in the mid-May, includes
approximately 4 000 m of drilling and is carried out to explore the
central and northern lodes downwards (Figure 1). Intention is that
some of the drill holes would hit the mineralization deeper levels (
-640 m).
Figure illustrates the cross section of Pampalo's auriferous lodes
and the target area of the second stage, pictured in the red box.
Lodes are coloured blue, planned or already drilled holes are black.
The second stage of the core drilling has continued with two drilling
rigs and is expected to end in the first half of September. SMOY has
drilled the cores with T-76T2 equipment giving a core of 61,7 mm. The
core drilling has been carried out from the new ramp and aimed to
intercept the assumed ore lodes with 20 m's spacing between the
levels -360 and -450. The mineralized core sections in holes which
crossed the auriferous zone were up to 14 m long. The length of
section is depending where and how the drilling intercepts the
mineralized zone. The results from the first 15 drillings in the
second stage (1148 m) are presented in Table 1.

information of the holes in Pampalo deposit*."The results of the second stage have been satisfactory. The drilling
results confirm our expectations that Pampalo deposit continues
downwards. Every drill hole has hit auriferous lodes in expected
locations with satisfying gold grades. The ore lodes in the deeper
levels match the upper ore lodes which we have explored earlier
Altogether, the second drilling stage significantly increases Pampalo
mine's ore reserves. These drilling results confirm our previous
assumptions of ore lodes, their locations, grades and forms. The
whole drilling program has been well planned and managed, no
unsuccessful holes has been drilled so far, neither in the first or
the second stage of drilling program", says Timo Lindborg, CEO of
Endomines AB.

Endomines AB (publ) explores and develops mineral deposits in
Finland. The Company owns mining permits or claims over all the
recognised gold deposits along the Karelian Gold Line, Pampalo mine
among others wherein the Company aims at starting the operation in
2010. In addition, Endomines has claims for more gold deposits in
Finnish Lapland. Besides gold, the Company is focusing on industrial
mineral ilmenite which seems to have stable demand growth and price
development. These ilmenite deposits exist in central Ostrobothnia.
Endomines applies SveMin's and FAERI's common reporting rules for
public mining and exploration companies. Endomines has decided to
show the mineral resources according to the internationally accepted
JORC or NI 43101 code. Endomines applies International Financial
Reporting Standards (IFRS) as the reporting standards for account
principles and annual accounts practice. The use of IFRS helps to
compare the Company with foreign exploration and mining companies.
