Göte Brännvall leaves Peab's Executive Management

Göte Brännvall, 62, has decided to leave Peab's Executive Management on 1
September 2008. Göte will continue to work in the Group as a Senior Advisor.
Göte Brännvall came to Peab 1991 in connection with Peab's acquisition of
Hallström & Nisses, where he had been employed since 1969.

Peab's Executive Management will thereafter consist of Mats Paulsson, Jan
Johansson, Mats Leifland, Anders Elfner, Mats Johansson and Jesper Göransson.

  “Göte has through his sound knowledge and large experience significantly
contributed to building up Peab into the company it is today. I am happy that he
now prefers to stay in our group in an advisory role, which will be very useful
for Peab in the future”, says Peab's CEO Mats Paulsson.
