LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Aug. 28, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Retro Television Network (RTN) announced today that Allbritton Communications will add a fourth RTN affiliate in Tulsa, OK. The new affiliate will launch this fall on a digital stream of KTUL-TV, the local ABC affiliate.
