Since the share buy back programme was initiated on 4 April 2008, the total
number of repurchased shares is 1,885,625 for a total amount of DKK 698m.
With the transactions stated above, TrygVesta owns a total of 2,492,164 own
shares, corresponding to 3.7% of the share capital. The total amount of shares
in TrygVesta is 68m including own shares.
