Invitation to investor presentation in Stockholm on 25 September

PSI Group ASA hereby invites analysts and shareholders as well as
press and investors to an investor presentation on Thursday 25
September 2008 in Stockholm. The event will take place in HQ Bank,
Norrlandsgatan 15C (Stockholm) from 12 am to 1.30 pm.

The management will give a presentation of the new company - PSI
Group - as it appears after the newly completed merger with CashGuard
AB. There will be a presentation of the company's three business
areas as well as a presentation of the company's leading technologies
and future market opportunities.
