(OTCBB:SMOA), an innovative leader of software solutions for enterprise mobility, today announced the Company's software alerting solution, HipLink, has been purchased by Toronto Police Services as its comprehensive emergency messaging solution for all of Toronto's personnel and citizens. The turnkey deployment is scheduled to be completed by December 31, 2008 and includes the most advanced HipLink features including full voice, the new web sign-up module, GIS technology and full departments.

The Toronto Police Service is replacing its existing system with the new Police and Community Automated Notification System (PCANS) by using Semotus' HipLink software. For TPS Personnel: A highly reliable system of adding multiple communication methods that provides for enhanced coordination of resources.
