Propalms, Inc. Files Amended Form 10-QSB/A for the Quarter Ended July 31, 2008


MALTON, England, Sept. 25, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Propalms, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PRPM) announced today that the Company has filed an amended Form 10-QSB/A with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission for the quarter ended July 31, 2008. The Form 10QSB/A was filed to correct typographical errors that appeared in the original filing. The amended Quarterly Report is available through the SEC's forms and filings website at www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml.

The Quarterly Report can also be found on the Company's website at www.propalms.com.

Propalms has filed the Form 211 with FINRA to begin trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. The Company is awaiting approval from FINRA for the acceptance of its stock to trade on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board exchange.
