(Pink Sheets:PRPM) announced today that the Company has filed an amended Form 10-QSB/A with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission for the quarter ended July 31, 2008. The Form 10QSB/A was filed to correct typographical errors that appeared in the original filing. Propalms has filed the Form 211 with FINRA to begin trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. The Company is awaiting approval from FINRA for the acceptance of its stock to trade on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board exchange.
