WHAT: I Padrini d'Antonello will host the annual fundraising
event, 'An Evening Under the Stars' to benefit Canyon Acres
and other local charities involved in helping children. The
event will feature wonderful wines and exquisite food from
Antonello Ristorante; guests will feast and dance under the
twinkling nightscape of Antonello's terrace.
In addition, the first "Shining Star Award" will be presented
to Lula Halfacre, owner of Traditional Jeweler and a friend
of children. Canyon Acres board members Erin Lastinger and
Windell Stout are event co-chairs.
WHO: Canyon Acres Children and Family Services has been serving
children throughout Orange County since 1980, providing the
highest level of care and therapeutic treatment to children
who suffer from a variety of emotional and psychological
disorders. Canyon Acres gives children nurturing, treatment,
and opportunities that they need to grow up in safe, loving,
and stable families.
