ATLANTA, Oct. 7, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OTC Stock Review announces that it has initiated coverage of Axiom Management, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AXMA), a full-service staff recruitment, fulfillment and human resources management company focusing primarily on logistic providers, and light manufacturing by filling positions that range from general labor, forklift drivers and supervisors in warehouse operations. They also fill clerical, accounts receivable, data entry and supervisory positions. Uncertainty over the economy opens up new windows for Axiom Management as employers are apprehensive about adding new full-time and permanent employees.
Axiom Management's strategy is to permanently place its temporary employees; find qualified, skilled labor for its customers; and keep its costs down in order to pass a significant cost savings on to all of its customers. This strategy also equates to better financial performance and a higher stock price. With its recent agreements, as well as its current list of customers such as Huffy Bicycles, FAMSA, and La Victoria, to list a few, Axiom Management is poised to exceed $24M in annualized revenues.
In our opinion, Axiom Management has remained unnoticed, even though the Company continues to turn in stellar results. For fiscal 2007, Axiom Management posted a small loss of $0.11 per share on revenues of $7,407,753. After posting just a $0.02 loss on revenues of $1,385,055 for the first quarter of 2008, Axiom Management announced the filing of its Form 10, which is an application to trade on the OTC Bulletin Board, and the signing of two new contracts that will add in excess of $15M of new revenues and over 430 new employees annually. During the recent stock market upheaval, the stock of Axiom Management has declined from $0.60 to as low as $0.10 before rallying back its current price of $0.25. Considering the announcement of the OTC Bulletin Board application and the new contracts, the dramatic stock decline makes shares of Axiom Management even more of a bargain with a total stock market valuation of only $4.6 million.
