GreenMan Technologies, Inc. Subsidiary and Great Plains ADA Center Form Partnership to Develop Education and Technology Solutions

DES MOINES, IA--(Marketwire - November 3, 2008) - GreenMan Technologies (OTCBB : GMTI ) and The
Great Plains ADA Center of Columbia, Missouri are pleased to announce they
have entered into a sixty month agreement for the advancement and
development of solutions, particularly those related to recreational and
playground areas, to promote compliance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA). The partnership will be facilitated by National
Safe Surfacing Initiative, LLC (NSSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of
Greenman's Welch Products subsidiary. The focus of the agreement is to
jointly develop new ADA technology, education and training offerings for
both organizations to better serve their end-users and customer base.
