BETHESDA, Md., Nov. 19, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Initiate Systems, Inc., a leader in master data management (MDM) solutions, announced today an agreement with Carahsoft Technology Corporation that will give government buyers direct access to industry-leading MDM software through the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedules program. Under terms of the agreement, Initiate Master Data Service(r) is included on Carahsoft's GSA Schedule contract, CMAS, OH and MD State contracts.
For federal and state government customers using the GSA Schedule contract, the agreement means they will now be entitled to preferential pricing for Initiate Systems software. For Initiate Systems, the move represents a deeper commitment to government customers as well as to the public sector reseller community.
