Doobie Brothers Signed by ACT Productions to Headline Seminole Hard Rock Orange Bowl Halftime Show; Arturo Sandoval to Perform National Anthem

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - December 8, 2008) - ACT Productions, producer of the upcoming
Seminole Hard Rock Orange Bowl Halftime Show, just announced it has signed
world famous rock band The Doobie Brothers as the headlining act for the
nationally televised January 1st, 2009 South Florida tradition during the
75th FedEx Orange Bowl.
The Grammy Award-winning and multi-platinum selling Doobie Brothers have
brought their uniquely dynamic rock style -- part rock, part jazz and part
folk -- to the world since 1969. This style is the reason they have sold
more than 22 million records across the globe. The Doobie Brothers' hits
include "Listen to the Music," "Black Water," "Jesus Is Just Alright,"
"Long Train Runnin'" and "China Grove." The band will be releasing a new CD
in the first half of 2009 and will be touring nationally all summer long.

The Orange Bowl Committee is celebrating its 75th anniversary and through
the years has played host to the brightest stars both on the field and at
halftime. The 75th Orange Bowl is scheduled for Thursday, January 1 at 8:00
PM at Dolphin Stadium, 2269 NW 199 ST, Miami Gardens, FL 33056. Both the
game and Seminole Hard Rock Orange Bowl Halftime Show will again be
broadcast nationally by Fox Television.
