(NYSE:EDR), a nationwide leader in the ownership, development and management of student housing, today announced that it has been awarded the management contract for an eleven-story, 330-bed student apartment community located at 10th Street NW at I-75 in Atlanta, Georgia. The property is located across the street from Georgia Tech, is easily accessible to the campus via two pedestrian bridges, and is one block from a public transportation stop on MARTA. Amenities include a fitness center, covered parking, computer center and game room.
