Johan Malmqvist appointed CFO of Perstorp Group

Johan Malmqvist has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Perstorp Group and
will leave his position as CFO in Duni AB. 

Johan Malmqvist has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Perstorp Group and
will leave his position as CFO in Duni AB. For the time being Johan will remain
in his current position and the exact date for his departure will depend on the
finalization of a transition plan. A recruitment process for finding a successor
has been initiated.
