Fazer Konfektyr Service AB (publ) has decided on de-listing The Board of Directors of Fazer Konfektyr Service AB (“Fazer Konfektyr”) has resolved to de-list Fazer Konfektyr's class B share from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB. The Board of Directors' decision is based on the fact that the trading in the company's class B share is very limited and that the share is only held by a small number of shareholders following the public tender offer that was rendered by Oy Karl Fazer Ab and which was declared unconditional on 5 December 2008. A formal application to de-list will be submitted to NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB and the last day of trading with Fazer Konfektyr Service's class B share will be publicly announced in connection with NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB's decision on de-listing.
